Delivery Area

We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland only

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders using trusted courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery throughout the Republic of Ireland

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays.

During busy periods, promotional events or holiday seasons, processing times may occasionally be longer. If this happens, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Where available, tracking information will also be provided so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

While we work closely with our delivery partners, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, courier services or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate before completing your order

SaolSkin cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will work with our delivery partner to investigate the shipment and keep you updated throughout the process.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged parcel

  • Photographs of the damaged product(s)

We will assess each case individually and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
