Returns & Refund Policy

At SaolSkin, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Returns & Refund Policy below.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel

If you purchase products online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with Irish and EU consumer protection legislation.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us by email before returning any items.

Returned products must reach us within a reasonable time after cancellation.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • In their original sealed packaging

  • In their original condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Used skincare products

  • Products with broken or removed safety seals

  • Products that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

This is in accordance with Irish and European consumer protection legislation.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • The wrong product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging (where applicable)

Where appropriate, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • An exchange

  • A full refund

depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, payment will be returned to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Product Performance

Please note that skincare products may produce different results depending on individual skin type, skin condition, lifestyle and homecare routine.

Results vary from person to person and individual satisfaction cannot be guaranteed.

A difference in expected results does not indicate that a product is faulty, defective or not fit for its intended purpose.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your skin, we recommend seeking professional advice before purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

If the return is due to:

  • a faulty product,

  • a damaged product,

  • or an error made by Saol Skin,

we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
